Version 2. An UPDATED version of the script that automatically batch renumber Artboards and pages' numbers quickly on Photoshop new features:
 
- now you can run the script as an Action with a key, no need to load the script every time, it will stay in Photoshop as long the path/location of the script in the computer doesn't change.
 
- now you can choose a number to start
-now you decide what to change:
Artboard number only
Artboard and Page number
Page number only
 
No more manually renaming each page. Important to point out that the structure of the Photoshop document should be based on Artboards, which means one Artboard is one page. Also, the text layer used to represent the page must be named (page_number), and it must be the first son inside the hierarchy of each Artboard. - it should be only one (page_number) per Artboard.
